  • Each unit has a private balcony.
  • The building is a 3-storey structure with elevator service to all floors.
  • Each unit comes with refrigerator and range.
  • Laundry services are available in a common laundry area.
  • Each unit has a storage room within the unit as well as a storage room (with electricity) off the balcony.
  • Multiple common areas are available for resident use, one of which may be booked for personal gatherings.
  • CDP features a large front atrium area, 2 guest suites and exercise room. 
  • Underground and/or covered surface parking is available.
  • Noon and evening meals are available in the Dining Room, Monday through Sunday at a reasonable cost.
  • Circle Drive Place is a NON-SMOKING, PET FREE facility.

RENTAL FEES:    

  • Rent is based on annual income.  
  • Fee structure is a minimum of $720 to a maximum of $1255

Note:  Maximum income for a single person:  $44,000 and for a couple:  $54,500.
